The platform does not participate in physical escort, accommodation arrangements, or intermediary transactions. Its function is limited to online information display and contact facilitation.

This platform highly values privacy. All member information is used only within the platform and will never be disclosed to third parties unless required by law or judicial authorities.

It complies with Taiwan's Personal Data Protection Act to safeguard user privacy.
Users may request to view or delete their personal data at any time, and the platform will comply with such requests in accordance with the law.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of Taiwan.
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree that the Taipei District Court shall be the court of first instance.
If cross-border data transfer is involved, the platform will follow international data protection standards (GDPR).
The platform reserves the right to final interpretation of these terms. In case of any conflict, the platform’s official announcement shall prevail.
If any clause is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining clauses will not be affected. Invalid clauses will be interpreted in a lawful and effective manner as much as possible.
