ASEC Creator Guidelines
1. Platform Role and Creator Autonomy
ASEC is an anonymous information display and account management platform. Creators may upload personal introductions, tags, display images, and independently configure availability and reservation settings.
All published content, user interactions, pricing, and service arrangements are the creator’s own responsibility. The platform does not intervene, participate, or guarantee any such behaviors.
ASEC only provides technical tools such as reservation handling, notification systems, and account utilities. Creators are solely responsible for managing their profiles and public information.
2. Content and Conduct Regulations
During the use of platform functions, creators must not engage in the following behaviors. Violations may result in suspension, removal, account freeze, or cooperation with authorities as required by law:
-
Uploading false, impersonated, or unauthorized images of others
-
Misleading users with fake age, excessively edited photos, or using others’ information
-
Redirecting users to external sites or messaging platforms (e.g., LINE, Telegram)
-
Sharing unofficial payment details or requesting "private transfers" or "external content via credits"
-
Sending content involving fraud, extortion, violence, threats, illegal goods, or infringing materials
-
Accepting bookings but failing to respond or intentionally disrupting user experience
-
Using the platform for unrelated purposes (e.g., spamming, funneling social traffic, selling accounts or third-party services)
-
Registering under another person’s identity or operating multiple accounts to bypass verification
3. Account and Data Security Responsibilities
Creators must keep their login credentials confidential and may not authorize others to operate their account.
If you notice suspicious logins, data theft, or forged messages, immediately contact the platform to preserve evidence and mitigate risk.
Identity verification data is used for internal review only. Creators are free to use nicknames or anonymized avatars, but these should reflect their real-life appearance or positioning. Misleading visuals are not permitted.
If there is a major discrepancy between submitted verification data and profile presentation, the platform may suspend the profile and request updates or force removal.
4. Anti-Circumvention Policy and Trust Management
Creators must not bypass the platform to communicate, arrange bookings, or handle payments privately with users (commonly referred to as “order skipping”).
To maintain order, the platform implements a violation report system, trust score mechanism, and account freeze/removal process.
Verified violators will be removed and barred from re-registration. Users who submit false accusations will also be penalized accordingly.
5. Violation Handling and Dispute Resolution
The platform reserves the right to audit creator accounts, adjust visibility rankings, suspend usage, remove content, or terminate accounts.
For actions violating these guidelines, the platform may terminate access immediately without prior notice.
Creators may file an appeal within 7 days of receiving notice. The platform will review and respond in accordance with internal procedures.
All interactions between creators and users must be based on legality, consent, and authenticity. The platform is not liable for consequences of interactions or performance-related disputes.
6. Terms Revisions and Legal Jurisdiction
These guidelines may be updated at any time according to platform operational needs. Updates will be posted in the Creator Announcement section.
Continued use after revisions indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). In the event of a legal dispute, the court at the platform's registered location shall have jurisdiction.
