ASEC Terms of Service

1. General Provisions

1. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to all services provided by the ASEC platform (“the Platform”), including but not limited to website browsing, member registration, and use of the Platform’s services.

2. Before using the Platform, you must read and agree to these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please cease using the Platform immediately.

3. The Platform reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Changes will be published on the website and take effect immediately. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Scope of Services

1. The Platform provides online display and information exchange services, including but not limited to companionship gaming, emotional comfort, and massage. The Platform does not participate in actual transactions and only offers profile displays and creator information.

2. The Platform is not responsible for service quality, content, or outcomes. Services provided by creators are their own personal conduct; the Platform acts solely as an information intermediary.

3. The Platform does not facilitate physical escort, accommodation, introductions, or deal-making. Its role is limited to content display and communication facilitation.

3. Member Registration and Account Management

1. Users must register and provide accurate personal information to access Platform services.

2. Members are responsible for keeping their accounts and passwords secure. The Platform is not liable for any account breaches or data leaks caused by personal negligence.

3. The Platform reserves the right to review account activity and may suspend or terminate any account that violates laws or these Terms.

4. Prohibited Conduct

1. Users must not engage in activities that violate Taiwan law or public morals, including but not limited to prostitution, gambling, fraud, money laundering, threats, or brokering services.

2. Off-platform transactions or private contact with creators are strictly prohibited. Verified violations will result in immediate account termination and potential legal action.

3. Users must not spread false information, impersonate others, invade privacy, harass, or infringe on the rights of others.

5. Privacy Protection

1. The Platform values user privacy. All personal data is used only for service purposes and will not be disclosed to third parties unless required by law or judicial authorities.

2. The Platform uses SSL encryption to secure data transmission.

3. Users may request to access or delete their personal data at any time. The Platform will comply as required by law.

6. Payment and Refund Policy

1. All transactions must be conducted via the Platform’s secure payment system. Cash transactions are not accepted.

2. Refund requests must be submitted according to Platform procedures and will only be processed after review and confirmation of no disputes.

3. All payments are handled in accordance with Taiwanese financial regulations. The Platform does not engage in money laundering or illegal transactions.

7. Platform Disclaimer

1. The Platform only provides information display and exchange services. All transactions are between users and creators, and the Platform assumes no legal responsibility.

2. The Platform does not participate in actual services. All services are provided independently by the creators.

3. In the event of a dispute, the Platform may provide relevant data to assist with coordination but does not act as a mediator.

4. If a creator engages in illegal activities, the Platform will immediately terminate their account and cooperate with judicial investigations.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

1. All content on the Platform, including text, images, trademarks, and code, is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

2. Members are responsible for any legal liability resulting from infringing content they post. The Platform bears no joint responsibility.

9. Amendments and Service Termination

1. The Platform reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be announced on the website.

2. The Platform reserves the right to terminate services for reasons including, but not limited to, violations of Terms, legal breaches, or threats to Platform security.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

1. These Terms and any disputes related to the Platform are governed by the laws of Taiwan (R.O.C.).

2. Both parties agree that the Taipei District Court shall be the court of first instance for any disputes.

3. For cross-border data transfers, the Platform complies with international standards such as GDPR.

4. The Platform retains final interpretation rights. In case of dispute, official Platform announcements shall prevail.

5. If any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remainder shall remain valid and be interpreted as legally permissible.
