1. Cooperation positioning and platform stance

ASEC welcomes cooperation applications from legitimate merchants, brands, platform tool providers, etc.
This cooperation is limited to the forms of "promotional exposure", "functional integration" or "legal authorization" that the platform can support.
The platform does not provide any matchmaking, brokerage, agency, fee guarantee, case arrangement or consideration commitment, nor does it intervene in any dealings or behavioral arrangements of creators or users.


2. Acceptable types of cooperation

• Brand promotion cooperation: You can apply to expose the cooperation brand, official link or introduction on the platform page to build user trust.

• Technical integration support: such as approved financial flow modules, push tools, login authentication, user tag management, etc.
  The platform can help connect the backend.

• Authorized joint activities: After approval by the platform, you can use ASEC related logos for channel promotion within the specified range.
  Online joint activities, image exposure, etc.
   

3. Qualifications for Cooperation Application

• The applicant must be a legally registered company or individual business owner.

• Provide complete contact information and accept platform review (including basic information, brief description of cooperation proposal)

• It must not conflict with the ASEC platform positioning, such as illegal goods, illegal transactions, counterfeit platforms, fraudulent dispute records, etc.

IV. Information Disclosure and Content Restrictions

• All partners must obtain written approval from the platform before using the term "ASEC partner" or other related terms externally.

• During the cooperation period, you may not use the name of ASEC to endorse, recruit, authorize resale, sell resources, or make other misleading statements without authorization.

• The platform reserves the right to request adjustment, restriction of use or removal of submitted texts, images and brand resources at any time without prior notice.
   

5. Termination and Liability Statement

• The platform has the right to terminate the partnership at any time without providing a reason or compensation.

• If the partner violates the law, misleads users, damages the reputation of the platform, or violates the platform regulations, the platform has the right to terminate the cooperation immediately and reserves the right to pursue legal action.

• All cooperation conditions and information are only valid during the cooperation period.
  After termination, you may no longer use any logo or slogan of the platform
