Where local law requires verification, you must verify your age once before viewing adult content. Only the result is recorded on your account; the website does not store ID images. Adult content is currently unavailable in some regions, where only brand information and legal pages are accessible.

AI idols are original virtual characters created by ASEC, with photos, videos, direct messages, and livestreams. They are not real people: all content, messages, and livestreams are labeled AI-generated. Faces are checked before publication to avoid resemblance to any real person.
It means a character's appearance, voice, or movement was generated or altered by AI, such as an AI idol or a face-swap work made with written authorization. AI works based on a real person require that person's written consent and identity and adult verification; they can withdraw consent and have the work removed. Works with only subtitles, translation, or color grading are not labeled AI-generated.
Switch the website language in the header. If a work has that language version, it plays automatically with subtitles or dubbing. You can also switch versions manually on the work page and filter Explore by language.
Enter a live room from the AI idol hub. Upcoming streams are announced in advance. Comment and send gifts with Hearts during the stream, or watch replays of anything you missed.

No. Open app.aseclover.com in your phone's browser and choose 'Add to Home Screen'. An ASEC icon will appear, opening just like a regular App.
Browse public content for free. For full private videos, choose one of three options: subscribe to a creator, unlock an individual work, or join ASEC Membership (basic or VIP). Paid messages and gifts with Hearts are also available. Prices appear on works, creator profiles, and membership pages, and the total is always shown before checkout.
Hearts are ASEC's website gift currency for tipping your favorite creators. They are for gifts only, cannot be withdrawn or exchanged for cash, and are separate from the ASEC App.
No. Digital content is available right after payment. Under consumer protection laws in Taiwan and certain other regions, you must agree in advance to immediate access for the 7-day withdrawal right to be waived. Where a checkbox is required, you only need to check it on your first purchase. Your consent also covers future digital content purchases. You can see when you agreed and the terms version in Settings › Privacy & data. We'll ask you to confirm again if the transaction terms change. You can still request a refund for duplicate charges, successful payments where access wasn't activated, or unauthorized transactions. Purchased content removed because it is illegal or withdrawn by the rights holder will be refunded. If your local law provides otherwise, local rules apply.
ASEC Membership includes platform-owned content: AI idol works, platform AI videos, and works creators choose to include. Real creators’ other works are available through creator subscriptions or individual unlocks. You can unlock individual videos even without a membership.
Basic members can watch all platform-owned content, automatically in their language. VIP adds monthly Hearts, free AI idol messages, early access, a priority marker for livestream interactions, and custom commission discounts. See the membership page for exact allowances and prices.
Go to “Wallet › ASEC Membership” to cancel renewal online. Your current benefits remain until expiry. Upgrades take effect immediately, with credit for the remaining days; downgrades take effect after expiry. We'll email a reminder before a promotion expires or a price changes.
For credit cards, LINE Pay, and JKOPay, Hearts are credited automatically and your wallet balance updates once the payment provider confirms success. Convenience-store payment codes and ATM transfers are credited after you pay and the provider notifies the platform. “Awaiting payment” or “Under review” in your wallet history means we’re still waiting for the payment result. Please don’t pay again. If you’ve paid but still haven’t been credited, ask in Settings › Support and include the payment time.

You'll be alerted when a conversation needs a real person. Withdraw authorization to stop it immediately and switch back to human replies.
