1. Cooperation Positioning and Platform Stance
   ASEC welcomes cooperation applications from legally compliant businesses, brands, and platform tool providers.
   Cooperation is limited to forms supported by the platform, such as "promotion and exposure," "function integration," or "legal authorization."
   The platform does not provide matchmaking, agency, representation, payment guarantees, order arrangement, or any commitments, nor does it intervene in any interactions or arrangements between creators and users.

2. Acceptable Cooperation Types

• Brand Promotion Cooperation: You may apply to expose cooperating brands, official links, or profiles on platform pages to build user trust.

• Technical Integration Support: For approved payment modules, push notification tools, login authentication, user tag management, etc., the platform can assist backend integration.

• Authorized Co-branded Activities: With platform approval, ASEC-related logos may be used within designated scopes for channel promotion, online co-branded events, or brand image exposure.

1. Cooperation Application Qualifications

• Applicants must be legally registered corporate entities or individual business owners.

• Provide complete contact information and accept platform review (including basic information and a brief cooperation proposal).

• Must not conflict with ASEC platform positioning, e.g., illegal products, unlawful transactions, counterfeit platforms, scam dispute records, etc.

1. Information Disclosure and Content Restrictions

• All cooperating parties must obtain written platform approval before publicly using terms like "ASEC Partner."

• During cooperation, you may not endorse, solicit investment, authorize resale, sell resources, or use misleading wording in ASEC’s name without permission.

• Submitted copy, images, and brand assets may be requested for adjustment, usage restrictions, or removal by the platform at any time without notice.

1. Termination and Liability Statement

• The platform reserves the right to terminate cooperation at any time without cause or compensation.

• If a cooperating party violates laws, misleads users, damages platform reputation, or breaches platform rules, the platform may immediately terminate cooperation and reserve legal rights.

• All cooperation terms and data are valid only during the cooperation period; after termination, use of any platform marks or slogans is prohibited.
